The Reader family has been seeing Russ Nomi since our children were four, six and eight years old. They are now 50, 52 and 54 years old. We have always loved the space that they have in Bridal Trails, Kirkland. We have not been to their Bellevue office. The staff is always cordial, super friendly, and very efficient at what they do. Russ is always been a fallback for us in our dental care. He gave us great advice when the children were young and now our three children and their families all go to Russ Nomi‘s office. This has been my family's dentist for decades. Today, we have to travel quite a distance to make our regular appointments but that investment in time and effort is always worth it. The entire Bridle Trails team is great. Dr. Nomi is truly an amazing human and that translates into quality dentistry. I wish I could give them a giant super special star on top of a huge line of the maximum number of tiny normal stars.

I, along with the rest of my family, have been patients of Dr. Nomi for over 30 years. At the time of my first visit, I had a lot of restorative dental work that needed to be done. I have a lot of anxiety in going to the dentist, which I made known, Dr. Nomi was calm and comforting during all my procedures and took the time afterwards to check on my at home, his work has been nothing short of fantastic.I never feel pressured to have any work done unless he feels it’s truly necessary and he is upfront and honest about what he feels can wait, and what can’t.The office staff is always friendly and everything is clean and tidy!We love Dr. Nomi!

I have been seeing Dr. Nomi for over a decade. I was recommended to him from a friend, I am glad that I went to see him and his team! Their care is exceptional. Even though we have moved farther away from the area, we still drive to have our dental care there as we trust him and his team with our oral care needs.

Always had a great experience with this clinic. The doctor was quick to resolve an issue a different doctor missed, and I felt the doctor was very trustworthy and never suggested any unnecessary procedures.

Dr Nomi has been seeing my entire family for some time. He fixed fillings done badly by a different dentist for free. He has a friendly team of helpful people. He saw my father who was in from out of town on very short notice to re-glue a temp crown that had fallen off (done by a dentist from out of town). Listens to my feedback about how to deal with my dentist-resistant children too.

I switched to Bridle Trails Family Dentistry several years ago when a friend recommended Dr. Nomi. Recently, Sarah cleaned my teeth so thoroughly and comfortably that I felt she deserved this post. Sarah answered all my questions and corrected some of my routine care methods that were actually damaging my teeth. I would never have known had she not asked me about my daily dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Nomi and his team. They are attentive and so well trained.

Best dentist office I’ve been too. Dr. Wes provides exceptional dental care and Gwen has a great attention to detail. Overall, the staff is welcoming, the facility modern, and is at a great location. I highly recommend their practice for anyone seeking top-notch dental treatment.

Dr. Nomi and his staff are the best. Their office is welcoming and Gwen is gifted with working with my dad and helping him improve his dental hygiene. Dr. Nomi is an excellent communicator and gentle dentist . My entire family has switched to Spring District and Kirkland practices.

Been going here for about a year, and love it! The practice is run by the gentlest (and funniest ☺️) dentists I've ever met. They're very aware of how they handle each procedure for a patient and provide a comfortable experience every time. Cause of this, I genuinely look forward to my dentist appointments! ☺️ ✨

Dr. Nomi and his staff are awesome. Caring and have my best interests in mind with my care and with insurance/finances. The dentist is an anxiety trigger for me and every time I'm there they make me feel comfortable and safe. I'm very appreciative of their care.

The staff are all very caring, doctor is knowledgeable and provide me with good suggestions and clear treatment plan. The hygienist was careful with the cleaning and gave good suggestions as well. They don't do things like some dental office suggesting deep cleaning whatsoever, they gave good treatment plan that suits your needs.

I have always had very good experiences with Dr. Nomi’s Spring District office. If he recommends work beyond normal cleaning (always done well by Gwen), he has been careful to explain what and why. Any work has always been done to my complete satisfaction. He is also very good about following up to make sure I am okay.
